the power house rock hill sc

Having lived in Rock Hill for a while now, it feels like we’re really coming into our own. The Power House and food hall is a big part of that, along with a slew of other restaurants, stores, and breweries that have opened up recently.

The Power House was once part of the Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company. As part of the area’s textile industry, the mill closed in 1998 and was the last mill still open in town at that time. Now it has been given a new lease on life as a food hall, standalone restaurants, brewery, and luxury apartments.

Power House Restaurants

There are several food and drink options at the food hall:

I know there has been a lot of questions around parking, like where do you park at the Power House food hall and how much does parking cost? So here are the details:

Where To Park At The Power House

There are three main places to park: The parking deck next to the Power House, the small free parking lot out front, and a few street spots which are pay for parking. Your best bet is to head to the main deck (Deck A) located at 348 Technology Center Way, Rock Hill, SC. It will have a big sign on the front saying “Park Here P3406.”

How Much Is Parking At The Power House & Food Hall?

For the first 90 minutes, parking is free at the Power House, food hall, Middle James Brewery, and Bareknuckle Barbershop. You’ll still need to use the app or go off the QR code they have at each exit of parking deck. You need to activate this before you leave the deck, and then it will track your license plate with cameras so they know you left.

On days with special events, parking will be $5 for all-day parking. In some rare instances, they will have higher fees. If you get there and decide it’s too busy or too expensive, you can leave the parking deck without parking and not have to pay anything.
